EV Charging Marketing & e-Commerce Manager - 

As the Marketing and e-Commerce Manager, spearheaded strategic initiatives within a rapidly expanding Electric Vehicle (EV) industry startup, from its inception as a fully bootstrapped organization. Working closely with the CEO, orchestrated efforts to drive B2C and B2B sales growth on a freelance basis, step by step, with very limited time and resources. A real-life David v Goliath story in the EV Charging industry, grew from $0 to $1M in sales in 6 years, and successfully exited.

Manager of Media Strategy & Ad Ops -

Initially serving as an internal consultant, traveled extensively to advise TV stations and their clients on digital advertising. As TV revenue was decreasing, while as digital and CTV revenue was increasing. Following a company restructuring/buyout, later promoted to spearheading initiatives focused on fostering a culture of excellence, optimizing processes, and driving accountability within the automotive vertical solely. This involved establishing and leading a digital media strategy team within a publicly traded company. Due to the pandemic and a re-org was moved to the central GDM team.

Digital Marketing Manager - 

Data Street Marketing is a full service digital agency, serving local clients in mostly MS, AL and Charleston, SC locations. Their largest client is the Mississippi State Lottery. I am responsible for leading a small but effective Ad Operations Team at DSM and overseeing vendors. My team's responsibilities include SEO/SEM, programmatic paid advertising and analytics/reporting. Grew SEO and SEM accounts in a short amount of time, potentially doubling accounts by year end. Connected and developed a process for reporting and automation for all clients, occasionally utilizing AI to help develop custom reporting needs. Connected ad accounts to callrail to track call volume and form fills to help clients relate back to their business and retain or grow accounts. Developed unique strategy for new clients from various different verticals that helped grow smart measurable ROI and/or KPIs.

Sr. Global Digital Marketing Technology & Analytics Manager - Collaborated initially with the Global Marketing Team and key stakeholders to spearhead the development of a marketing dashboard within the Microsoft Bl environment, delivering consistent insights and analysis to teams. Oversaw a team of two skilled data analysts managing UTMs, GA4, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Python. Bridged connections between investments, personnel, and resources across expansive global marketing teams, enhancing ability to derive insights and drive growth. Impacted by a corporate layoff, as Sealed Air positioned itself to sell to private equity firm for $10B eventually.

Web Marketing Manager (Freelance) - 

Initially took their digital business card and turned it into a full blown website. After which continued to assist in updating the website, content/SEO and graphics/videos to keep it up to date monthly. Built a custom form fill to assist their travel agents in fulfilling trips for their customers with high conversion rate. Eventually transferred service to a local person who was updating their social media.

Digital Marketing Consultant (Freelance) - 

​Veterans United Home Loans is one of the largest originators of VA Home Loans in the country. Was given a 6 months part-time contract to consult their paid media team, who were spending $25M annually on paid search alone. This meant research, analysis and reporting; looking for ways to optimize and clean up their Google adwords account. Found ways to eliminate about $250k a year from what they are doing and move it over to new avenues they were not investing in currently. Also found low conversion rates in other avenues which could have been improved, with some simple optimizations. Tested and analyzed their custom form fill, which was a success in their industry and often times being copied, "imitation is often times the greatest form of flattery" created a list of competitors to keep an eye out for.
